Terms and Conditions
• This is strictly a no smoking and no-vaping property.
• In the event of a cancellation within eight weeks of the holiday date, you will be liable to pay the total amount due. If we re-let the property at the price paid, we will refund your money, less the deposit. Holiday insurance is strongly advised.
• A non- returnable deposit of £100 secures the booking. This must be made within four working days of the provisional booking. The balance becomes due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
• The rent includes the cost of central heating, electricity, bed-linen, duvets, towels and tea towels .
• All bookings made through our online booking system are provisional until confirmed by ourselves.
• Arrival time is 3pm unless other arrangements have been agreed prior to arrival. Departures are no later than 10am, unless agreed otherwise.
• The proprietors shall not be liable to you or any other member of your party for any loss/damage to you or your property however caused.
• The Dutch House is not suitable for children under 12 years.
• No pets allowed.
• We do not accept Stag or hen parties
